Balance Workshop in Berlin, 24-26 November
Last weekend of November, I gave a workshop. This years theme was balance. As we are only dealing with daily duties and pushing ourselves to finish all, we are losing the balance both physically and emotionally. Therefore, I thought bringing us back the balance would be a good topic.
There is a word “Chudo” in Zen philosophy. Not one way or the other, nothing is extreme. This is chudo, the middle way.
3 intensive days ended with cleaning up and bento box. Reflecting on ourselves during the workshop helps to realise small changes inside us as well as the new skill to write more calligraphy.
